Pigeon Fajitas

INGREDIENTS
8 Pigeon breasts
1 red and 1 green pepper
1 red onion
1 tspn paprika
1 tspn of cumin
½ lime (juice)
Tortillas
DESCRIPTION
Cut the pigeon into thin strips and add to a bowl with the cumin, paprika, seasoning and the lime juice.
Cut the onions and peppers into thin strips.
Fry the vegetables for five minutes before adding the pigeon for another five minutes.
Leave to cool for five minutes before making your tortillas.
