Forming part of the massively useful series of videos made by BASC about shooting, transporting and preparing pigeons, this video on plucking and gutting is a fantastic insight for those that haven’t done this before, as well as being full of useful tips for those that have!

BASC Scotland’s Kenny Willmitt demonstrates how to pluck and prepare your pigeon for roasting. Thanks to Ian Lawrie at Plucking Magic in Fife for supplying the pigeons used in this film.

The original video appeared on The BASC You Tube Channel
